Refund policy
At Humen Store, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Returns are not accepted for items marked as Final Sale or Limited Edition, unless damaged or defective.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
3. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for a different size of the same product (subject to availability).

If the requested size is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
4. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@humenstore.com with your order details and pictures of the item. We will arrange a quick replacement at no extra cost.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, email us at info@humenstore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
