Refund policy

At Humen Store, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for items marked as Final Sale or Limited Edition, unless damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

3. Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange for a different size of the same product (subject to availability).

  • If the requested size is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

4. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@humenstore.com with your order details and pictures of the item. We will arrange a quick replacement at no extra cost.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, email us at info@humenstore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
