What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address. If it has already shipped, we’ll do our best to help you recover the package, but we’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

What are your policies regarding returns?
At Humenstore, we produce in limited quantities to ensure exclusivity and reduce overproduction. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
In rare and exceptional cases, such as a failed transaction or if an Order ID is not generated, an automatic refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
